Do you price match?

"We try to remain competitive with our competition so if you have a better rate please forward it to us and we might be able to price match it."

What forms of payment do you accept?

"We accept credit card only. You may tip the driver cash if you would like or you can add it to the card on file."

What do the interiors of the vehicles look like?

"High quality & leather seating. Our SUVs have captain chair seating as well."

Are your drivers licensed and insured?

"Yes."

Will your driver meet us at baggage claim?

"Every airport has unique requirements so please inquire for further information."

  • Can you provide car seats?

  • "Yes, but our driver is not responsible for securing the car seat or fastening the safety belts. This will be the responsibility of the passengers."

Is tipping included in the rate?

"No, gratuity is at client discretion. Should you choose to leave a tip cash is preferred, but we can also charge the card on file."

What if I need to cancel my ride?

"Please provide 24 hour written notice to cancel. Should you need to cancel within 24 hour window, we will hold your payment for a credit towards a future booking. We understand things happen and are flexible."

Do you have wheelchair access in any of your vehicles?

"We do NOT have wheelchair access. We can store a wheelchair in the trunk for example, but our vehicles are not ADA equipped."
